We help create "little miracles" in the lives of highly motivated individuals who are willing and capable of working. Our goal is to empower these individuals to become self-sufficient and reach their full potential through completing higher education and workforce development programs.
Our founders cover all operational costs and program expenses, ensuring that 100% of donations go directly to the ELM grant fund.

Our Programs
The ELM Foundation DOES NOT PROVIDE CRISIS RELIEF such as food, housing, utility assistance, etc. For those resources, please visit ALHelp.org or call 211.

ELM gladly accepts written referrals for the 'little miracles' grant program from social service agencies, nonprofits, high schools, colleges, clergy, and community leaders.
Self- referrals are not accepted.​​
